- Removal of the asbestos ceiling and asbestos encapsulation of the AIB packers
- Removal of existing flooring
- Installed new timber frame stud walls to form the new reception area and new toilet
- Installed new internal doors for toilets and reception area
- Installed new sliding pocket doors to divide reception area
- Refurbished the 2 existing toilets and installed a new toilet
- Installed new plasterboard ceiling throughout
- Installed new carpet tile flooring
- Installed new vinyl flooring in high traffic areas & new barrier mat at the entrance
- Installed new kitchenette and tambour storage units in the new reception area
- Installed new desk and sliding hatch window
