HP Contracts can design, supply and install all the requirements for a washroom including cubicles, benches, coat hooks, lockers and baby change facilities. Constructed from solid compact laminate in a range of colours, this an extremely durable product that is impervious to moisture ingress therefore providing a long lasting result for the investment in refurbishment.

Washbasins and toilets can be built into integral vanity units and duct sets to conceal all pipework and TMV valves behind accessible panels. To compliment the look and reduce decorating maintenance, toilet walls can be lined with matching wallboards.

For shower areas we can undertake all drainage and plumbing works and obtain building control approvals. The choice of sanitaryware and taps is extensive and can include infrared controls, discussing the usage with Clients will determine the most suitable.

Healthcare Facilities

HP Contracts are experienced in the provision of specialist facilities, including ambient toilets, access toilets, medical and hygiene rooms.

Fully conversant with DDA regulations for improving access for the disabled we will design amenities to suit individual needs. HP Contracts can fit out the areas with grab rails, alarms, beds, hoists, showers, as required to meet a particular specification for use.

Maintenance and ease of cleaning is of particular concern in these areas and HP Contracts is sensitive to these issues when designing the rooms and specifying materials.
