Project Specification:

• The refurbishment & extension of a 1970s warehouse without interruption to client’s operations.
• In addition to the warehouse extension the project included the replacement of existing roof & wall cladding
• & warehouse lighting.
• Working closely with client and sub-contractors was key in ensuring the project kept to its tight deadlines
• and the tough logistical challenges were met.
• Health and safety was paramount throughout. Protective works included nets being strung under the roof
• prior to cladding removal and other areas sealed off to stop dust impregnation.
• A greener, larger and more efficient building with higher insulation and natural light levels.
• Completed on time and on budget.
