We are able to strip out existing office layouts and undertake any internal structural alterations required. All mechanical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning requirements will be included together with electrical power and lighting, data, telecoms, fire & security works.
HP Contracts will build a new office layout from partitioning wall systems and can also install raised access floors, kitchens or teapoints, washroom facilities, receptions, etc as required.
To complete the new office we can install suspended ceilings, new floor coverings, undertake plastering and decoration and all joinery requirements.
Dilapidation
We offer Clients a full suite of trade skills to undertake any package of work that tenants require to bring a building to a condition that is acceptable to Landlords for handover at the end of a leasehold agreement. For Landlords we can refurbish or modernise a property to enable it to realise its maximum leasing potential.
HP Contracts are also fully aware of DDA regulations and can undertake works from installing external ramps to access toilets to ensure your property complies with current legal requirements.
