For a property with adequate head room the installation of a mezzanine floor is an extremely cost effective way to significantly increase floor area.
A mezzanine floor can allow a business to expand without having the inconvenience of moving but solving the demand for additional retail space, offices, or storage accommodation.
Alternatively a company that needs to move can take on a large premises and tailor the area to specifically meet their needs by installing a mezzanine floor and then configuring the space to suit.
Mezzanine floors require building & fire regulation approval and HP Contracts will provide the local authority with all the necessary drawings and structural calculations for the installation. All of our mezzanine floors are designed by qualified structural engineers to British Standards.
Full Health and Safety implications will be considered and precautions taken including detailed risk assessments for the manhandling of the steels, working at height etc. to ensure a safe installation.
Having installed the mezzanine floor HP Contracts can complete your finishing requirements for example, with a full office fit out; including partitioning, suspended ceilings, electrical & mechanical works, flooring, plastering, joinery, decoration or for a warehouse; installation of racking, space heating, intruder alarms etc as required.
