Design & Contract
Following initial contact, a Senior Manager will meet the Client, discuss requirements in detail, so that we understand exactly what the project is aimed to achieve, and undertake a survey.
From the survey, detailed CAD drawings and a competitive quote are prepared.
Quotations are broken down so the make-up of the price is clearly visible. When resources are restricted, HP Contracts work with Clients to help enable projects by discussing alternative approaches to achieve the required results, allowing Clients to tailor the project to their available budget.
Contract Only
HP Contracts always offer a contract that is value for money by quoting competitive rates for high quality work.
Any sub-contracted rates within our quotations have been competitively tendered, and all are supplied by companies that have been assessed through our sub-contractor approval process.
