Construction & Alteration
HP Contracts can offer a complete building package and undertake all the necessary CDM, planning and building control requirements.
The project can be a new construction or the extension or alteration of an existing building, works can include all site investigations, foundations, construction & internal finishing, electrical, plumbing, and heating requirements.
Recent projects have included a single storey office extension with flat roof & a steel frame with brick and cladding wall to extend a warehouse.
All projects are run by trained competent and experienced site managers with full health and safety documentation in place.
External works
HP Contracts can complete all associated external works including the installation of fencing, construction of car parks, smoking & bike shelters, entrance canopy’s, pathways, play areas, timber sheds or other storage requirements, signage, security & lighting.
